Durrani Popal was a resident of Los Angeles after graduating with the goal of becoming well-known there. She was hired as the head of DASH's merchandising boutique in Calabasas. The Calabasas store at DASH, California was relocated to West Hollywood (California) in 2012. Then, in 2014, she started working in the temporary Southampton shop in New York. In the sequel series "Kourtney and Khloe in the Hamptons" while she was employed in the Southampton, New York shop. At first, it was considered that the producers wanted to know how people would react to the possibility of a spin-off show by showing the DASH team.
