Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and teams of executives to meet objectives for business, particularly in periods of fast change and growth. As an advisor, she was involved to help translate the people and business strategies into strategies, goals, and enterprise-wide objectives by focusing on organizational performance, employee involvement, as well as change. She's passionate about learning and envisions leadership and team development as the key competitive advantages. The vast experience she has gained with medium and small-sized businesses and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders, with proven success and results has have helped to create organizational cultures that embodied learning innovation and change to improve the performance of groups and companies. Annmarie's love of Learning Ally has inspired her to devote her time and talents to the causes. Additionally, she supports a variety of non-profit organisations in her spare time. This includes being an active participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women become leaders providing training for The Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization located in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at healthcare hospitality houses and supporting Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national dedicated to reversing the epidemic of addiction across the United States in educating communities to support those who are affected by the illness of addiction.
