Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. She started competing in fitness contests when she was 16 after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17 She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up her childhood career in gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her education at college. In 2015 she continued her path from last year, competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for several years after her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. She also won four fitness championships by the close of the year. In 2009, she was named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel took an extended break after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college degree. When she earned her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished in 3rd place at the show. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. Ariel was competing against some of the most skilled athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her physique each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate specifically on the back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on the machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. Warming up is usually done prior to the training. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as feasible. Converting all the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
